Leave of Absence Policy

• Leave is granted only for serious reasons
• Requires prior written application from parents/guardians
• Unexpected Absence:
  • Students must submit parent-certified reason upon return
  • After contagious illness: doctor's certificate of recovery required
  • School not responsible if student sent home due to missing documents
• Post-Vacation Attendance:
  • Mandatory attendance on reopening day after vacations
  • Late return without prior leave:
    • Fine of Rs. 101 per day (Std. 1-10)
• Medical Absence:
  • Medical certificate required before rejoining classes
• Prolonged Absence:
  • More than 5 days absent may result in removal from rolls
  • Readmission requires payment of readmission fee (if granted)
